I make things up as I go, solve problems on the fly, convince audiences to laugh, and teach others how to do the same by following three essential principles of improvisation —ACCEPT, COMMUNICATE, TRUSTACCEPT the status quo given and move forward. Make change based on the current reality.

TRUST that ideas and answers will reveal themselves. Believe in our individual and collective capacities to make amazing happen.
